You need to go to the front desk to ask for the requirements. My husband and I had a great stay and enjoyed our weekend visit to Chicago. This was the best Hilton stay EVER! As a Titanium Elite member who pays thousands every year for benefits that should be afforded to me, my stay at the Blackstone Autograph Hotel was insulting to say the least. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. good. Hotel prices vary from day to day, and the same room may double the price difference. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Breakfast area was a little crowded at certain times. Eric at the front desk was rude and literally made up excuses as to why the lounge was closed on Friday at 2pm only to hide his laziness to not further investigate. Room and hotel were very clean. The smell was less-apparent on Thursday (must be trash day), but still lingering. **Edit** I would have loved to see this same tone of courtesy crafted into this manufactured response to my own private correspondence with you (Pierre) and Maxine. Please save your money and go to a more modern and updated hotel! There are many Marriott properties in Chicago, but this one looked like it might be a good option, especially with the recent hotel upgrades. After I checked my room, I realized that prior to check in my room was changed to handicap accessible without my advance permission. This hotel is 2.2 mi (3.5 km) from Millennium Park and 2.5 mi (4 km) from Willis Tower. We told her we had purchased the meal package and we wondered how exactly that worked. They were great for accommodating my late check in. Great service and nice rooms! The view is really good. When we came back and checked in, we found there was an issue with the air conditioning / heat unit in our room. I was complained downstairs. The pool was okay, but the hot tub had a brown foam all around the edges. Lots of Ubers always buzzing by the front entrance for easy pickup & dropoff. The hotel is outdated but I cant complain that much since it was only $87. The bathrooms are all new. The space is large enough. Was a great Fathers Day weekend stay and the CUBS won. 7/10, The location is a bit far away, and it is a bit far to walk to the attractions. I agree that the place needs some updating and TLC, but the people that work there couldn't be nicer! Amenities Enjoy recreation amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center or take in the view from a rooftop terrace. Felt safe walking during the day. It wasnt bad for a last minute stay. Throughout my four-night stay, I confirmed with a few staff members about properly charging incidentals to the room and, despite all those confirmations, the final bill was full of incorrect charges. I would stay again. Convenient transportation, well-equipped (hot water, mineral water) service is also very standard, and the price is very reasonable. Special thanks to the hotel cleaning aunt, it should be a Chinese. This setup was advertised as a main attraction to the hotel when it resembled a hallway laced with ammetur paintings one would see in a doctors office hallway used to elevate the room. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chicago. After that I returned with him back to the valet booth where he finally gave me my parking receipt and explained the Park and Stay in-and-out procedures. I've stayed at many hotels all over the world and I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences I've had, specifically with the customer service. A little hard for me to find using Google maps. Chicago is a big city with many other hotels and I would definitely stay at any of them - I won't return here. Al. I remembered it the next day, contacted Ctrip customer service and helped me confirm with the hotel. The check-in process was fairly average and I felt that the person who assisted me was not friendly and didn't make me feel welcome. I'd been looking forward to my stay at this hotel since it had completed a recent remodel. We stayed for one night, and overall it was very good, the hotel is very new, and there is a variety of food and hot pot downstairs. On another note, I do want to say while we did not use the valet, the valet worker was friendly and watched for our Uber in the rain, and opened the car door for us when it arrived. We thought the opposite. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation in the hotel is not good, the guests from the opposite side of the room can hear the opening of the door, but the overall is good! The bathroom floors were so sticky I wouldn't walk on them without shoes. There were a few sets of towels, they were quite large and smelled good! We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotels robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! I am very satisfied. First, she stated "we don't have a meal package". I told the valet, who is NOT a hotel employee, I had the 'Park and Stay' package. There is a bar on the 18th floor of the hotel, not big. I will choose here next time. The first time I wrote Ctrip comment, because I was very touched, I checked the phone and landed it in the room. There are several convenience stores and restaurants around. You can walk to the river, Millennium Park and the Art Museum, but the guide said that it is best not to come out after 8pm. Again, I am not sure why you guys keep skirting around the primary issue/compliant which was that my family and I did not have access to the lounge, which should have been opened on that Friday afternoon. The large 34 square meter room is spacious. Starbucks, 7 Eleven, magnificent Mile and many restaurants in walking distance. While a guest can get a voucher of $15 to use towards the hotel's bistro each day, it was not well advertised. I recommend that the hotel place a 'Park and Stay Package' sticker furnished either by the hotel or by the valet company for hotel use, on the inside or outside of the room key paper holder in order to avoid this type of conflict and return trips to the front desk. The main lobby is outdated with gimmicky old fashioned gold trinkets placed oddly through out the room in glass container attempting to elevate the significance of the Knickknacks contained in them then there really is. He continued to his own lies and when challenged on those lies, deferred us to talk to the manager who was in a meeting. Maxine the front desk manager was no help until I forwarded my complaints to the general manager (Pierre), and even then insulted us with a measly 5,000 points to account for any dissatisfaction we had during our stay. I didnt leak water. My family arrived before me and even though we had called to confirm the airport pickup and shuttle times, we were told 'just call when you arrive and the shuttle will be there'. Lived two days before the Chicago Marathon and it was so expensive. The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). The performance price ratio is very cost effective. The online contact customer service Ctrip has been procrastinating, resulting in 184cm son in Canada. Parking is nearby and not at all as expensive as the downtown hotels. Your employee Eric lied to us and when asked to accommodate us to this closure, in which members have that option under your terms of service 4d, he instead dismissed to the manager Maxine. The scenery outside the window is very clear. Every time we asked we got a different response - one person said the shuttle ran on a schedule and another said that it was upon request. However, I found it on the other side of the block rather quickly. I find it ridiculous that although our reservation clearly stated $25 PER DAY, this woman absolutely refused to honor it. The hotel looks like it was built in the 1950's with a high hotel and a huge parking lot. Along the wall were windows which were a nice addition as it. I think it's very good and simple, and you can check in if you are dissatisfied with 21. It is quiet and clean. The hotel manager explained that Ctrip did not specify the specific room type when ordering. We chose this hotel as it had a good location, decent price, and amenities. You can also self-park at the same outdoor parking lot in the next block for $42 per 24-hour day but it will not include in and out privileges. If you pay by credit card debit after you leave the store, the information is lagging behind. Juan checked us in early after we explained we had to be at a very important family party in the early afternoon. Your memory foam bed comes with Egyptian cotton sheets. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!! Great to be able to valet car, leave luggage and catch L-Train to Wrigley Field. Additional features at this apartment include complimentary wireless Internet access and barbecue grills. 50-inch Smart televisions with Netflix provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected. You have to cross the huge parking lot and walk across the highway on a pedestrian bridge to access the train - its not bad during the day but can be a little sketchy at night. Since we were there for a week we also used the complimentary laundry and the printer. It was told that an additional $16 service fee was required at checkout. I'd recommend this hotel to someone who won't interact with the staff and doesn't charge anything to their room. Marsid from maintenance came up tried fixing. I returned to front desk to ask for my HH complimentary bottled water and was treated like I was asking for a favor instead of something I was entitled to as a HH Diamond member immediately upon check in. Thank you. After I booked it, I called to confirm the details of the shuttle and the service I received was not great; I thought it was a one-off but actually that was the type of service I was going to receive throughout my stay. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services, and a picnic area. The small bed lay down for two nights. Even though the area for the hotel was large and the hotel building looked large, the rooms were smaller than I expected. I was humiliated and insulted and felt like I was being discriminated against because I was an elderly woman of color being treated like a child. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. He asked me to verify my reservation with the front desk and followed me into the hotel to watch as I returned to Khayla and told her the valet didn't believe I reserved the Park and Stay package. Ultimately, she ever-so-reluctantly said "I guess we will honor it". Valet parking was $59 WITHOUT the Park and Stay Package which includes in and out privileges. Overall feel newer hotel. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Chicago. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was a bonus. Was given inaccurate information by front desk staff when I returned a third time to ask how I could use my $10 'My Way' food and beverage credit. I dripped water on the floor. The hotel is close to O'Hare Airport, convenient to Outlets, and convenient for driving. Despite my poor experience here, I tried not to let that be my last impression of this city. Every time we asked to utilize our benefits as Titanium Elite, there was always an excuse laced with constant inconsistency depending on the day and front desk employee. I stay here every time I travel to Chicago.. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Once again, I will appreciate Ctrip's super service and go to Ctrip. The Blackstone for Titanium Elite members is a Ponzi scheme bc of the excuses and inconsistency in information we received every single time we attempted to utilize our benefits! With the exception of the the bellman/bellhop, all other employees were aloof. After that, we stopped using the shuttle at all. The linens were lovely and the pillows and beds were as well, I never heard anything from any of my neighbors even though I knew they were there. She went above and beyond what I had ever imagined or experience at ANY HILTON I ever stayed at, she exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is very ideal, only seven minutes walk from Union Railway Station. Rooms were gorgeous, a little art deco, a little swank! Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/caf. When my boyfriend responded with "the package is for $25 PER DAY" she simply said "no". Also, the Shang Noodle restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely delicious and the employees there were very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again. But the room was large and quiet, there was no parking lot and I had to stop next door. He was very helpful and the room we had was on the first floor for two nights.
Don't spend money. Once we showed her our booking that stated right on it "Dine and Unwind- enjoy $25/day on food and drink in the hotel", she said "well, it doesn't show that on your reservation" instead of "I'm so sorry, there must be a problem on our end. When that didnt he said he would come back and replace it while we were at dinner ( even though it was after time for him to leave for the day. The attraction "You're Beautiful" is also downstairs. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the overbearing smell of hot garbage in the lobby. There were no tours of the hotel available (as advertised on the website) due to staffing issues, our bathroom floor and metal around the sinks had rings of red rust or bacteria from surface level cleaning aside from deep cleaning. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. I was able to use the voucher on two occasions, but each occasion had a different set of rules (on my first night I was told the voucher could only be used on one item on their menu; the second experience I had, I was told that happy hour items could not be used towards the voucher). The Blackstone is better on the website pictures. The location is very good, the room is very spacious, there are many restaurants going out, there are two subway stations nearby, walking is very close, and there is a pearl milk tea shop.
