You need to go to the front desk to ask for the requirements. My husband and I had a great stay and enjoyed our weekend visit to Chicago. This was the best Hilton stay EVER! As a Titanium Elite member who pays thousands every year for benefits that should be afforded to me, my stay at the Blackstone Autograph Hotel was insulting to say the least. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. good. Hotel prices vary from day to day, and the same room may double the price difference. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Breakfast area was a little crowded at certain times. Eric at the front desk was rude and literally made up excuses as to why the lounge was closed on Friday at 2pm only to hide his laziness to not further investigate. Room and hotel were very clean. The smell was less-apparent on Thursday (must be trash day), but still lingering. **Edit** I would have loved to see this same tone of courtesy crafted into this manufactured response to my own private correspondence with you (Pierre) and Maxine. Please save your money and go to a more modern and updated hotel! There are many Marriott properties in Chicago, but this one looked like it might be a good option, especially with the recent hotel upgrades. After I checked my room, I realized that prior to check in my room was changed to handicap accessible without my advance permission. This hotel is 2.2 mi (3.5 km) from Millennium Park and 2.5 mi (4 km) from Willis Tower. We told her we had purchased the meal package and we wondered how exactly that worked. They were great for accommodating my late check in. Great service and nice rooms! The view is really good. When we came back and checked in, we found there was an issue with the air conditioning / heat unit in our room. I was complained downstairs. The pool was okay, but the hot tub had a brown foam all around the edges. Lots of Ubers always buzzing by the front entrance for easy pickup & dropoff. The hotel is outdated but I cant complain that much since it was only $87. The bathrooms are all new. The space is large enough. Was a great Fathers Day weekend stay and the CUBS won. 7/10, The location is a bit far away, and it is a bit far to walk to the attractions. I agree that the place needs some updating and TLC, but the people that work there couldn't be nicer! We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotels robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! I am very satisfied. First, she stated "we don't have a meal package". I told the valet, who is NOT a hotel employee, I had the 'Park and Stay' package. The main lobby is outdated with gimmicky old fashioned gold trinkets placed oddly through out the room in glass container attempting to elevate the significance of the Knickknacks contained in them then there really is. He continued to his own lies and when challenged on those lies, deferred us to talk to the manager who was in a meeting. Maxine the front desk manager was no help until I forwarded my complaints to the general manager (Pierre), and even then insulted us with a measly 5,000 points to account for any dissatisfaction we had during our stay. I didnt leak water. My family arrived before me and even though we had called to confirm the airport pickup and shuttle times, we were told 'just call when you arrive and the shuttle will be there'. Lived two days before the Chicago Marathon and it was so expensive. The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). The performance price ratio is very cost effective. After I booked it, I called to confirm the details of the shuttle and the service I received was not great; I thought it was a one-off but actually that was the type of service I was going to receive throughout my stay. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services, and a picnic area. The small bed lay down for two nights. Even though the area for the hotel was large and the hotel building looked large, the rooms were smaller than I expected. I was humiliated and insulted and felt like I was being discriminated against because I was an elderly woman of color being treated like a child. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. He asked me to verify my reservation with the front desk and followed me into the hotel to watch as I returned to Khayla and told her the valet didn't believe I reserved the Park and Stay package. Ultimately, she ever-so-reluctantly said "I guess we will honor it". 
Valet parking was $59 WITHOUT the Park and Stay Package which includes in and out privileges. Overall feel newer hotel. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Chicago. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was a bonus. Was given inaccurate information by front desk staff when I returned a third time to ask how I could use my $10 'My Way' food and beverage credit. I dripped water on the floor. The hotel is close to O'Hare Airport, convenient to Outlets, and convenient for driving. Despite my poor experience here, I tried not to let that be my last impression of this city. Every time we asked to utilize our benefits as Titanium Elite, there was always an excuse laced with constant inconsistency depending on the day and front desk employee. I stay here every time I travel to Chicago.. The Blackstone for Titanium Elite members is a Ponzi scheme bc of the excuses and inconsistency in information we received every single time we attempted to utilize our benefits! With the exception of the the bellman/bellhop, all other employees were aloof. After that, we stopped using the shuttle at all. The linens were lovely and the pillows and beds were as well, I never heard anything from any of my neighbors even though I knew they were there. She went above and beyond what I had ever imagined or experience at ANY HILTON I ever stayed at, she exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is very ideal, only seven minutes walk from Union Railway Station. Rooms were gorgeous, a little art deco, a little swank! Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/caf. When my boyfriend responded with "the package is for $25 PER DAY" she simply said "no". Also, the Shang Noodle restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely delicious and the employees there were very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again. But the room was large and quiet, there was no parking lot and I had to stop next door. He was very helpful and the room we had was on the first floor for two nights. 
Don't spend money. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. I was able to use the voucher on two occasions, but each occasion had a different set of rules (on my first night I was told the voucher could only be used on one item on their menu; the second experience I had, I was told that happy hour items could not be used towards the voucher). The Blackstone is better on the website pictures. The location is very good, the room is very spacious, there are many restaurants going out, there are two subway stations nearby, walking is very close, and there is a pearl milk tea shop.
